1. Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted on unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order.
